when we browse the WebLogic console URL, unable to open console URL, we will encounter given below error.

when we browse the weblogic console URL, unable open console URL, we will encounter given below error.
1.The Server is not able to service this request: [Socket:000445]Connection rejected, filter blocked Socket, weblogic.security.net.FilterException: [Security:090220]rule 2
2.To find the config,xml file under domain and domain directory
$FMW_HOME/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain_PROD/config
3. To stop the Application server then take the backup of the serverconfig.xml file
4. We are replacing the deny to allow
5. finally bounce the Application Server
